Our purpose is to invest in community leaders and build community-driven partnerships that work together to reform an equitable education system in Alamance County by centering underrepresented youth and families at decision making tables and promoting promising initiatives that serve underrepresented students and families across the county.
We Believe
Those most impacted by an issue must be part of the decision making processes to solve it.
Black, Indigenous, Latinx youth and families and those experiencing poverty are the experts and leaders who need to be at the forefront leading change.
Educational equity means that each child receives what they need to develop to their full academic and social potential.
Our Pillars
